Understated Elegance: A Boho Style Shoot in Southwest Michigan

Photos ByLaura Spencer Photography & Lindsay Elaine Photography

When Jennifer, the owner of the Revival Wedding Barn, reached out to Kelsey of White Dahlia Events about curating rentals for an open house, Kelsey couldn’t resist creating an entire gorgeous style shoot! Inspired by the blank slate of white walls as well as both the modern and vintage touches around the space, the creative team decided to make the shoot an understated elegant look with boho accents. The beauty of this stunning scene was captured by a few photographers, including Laura Spencer Photography and Lindsay Elaine Photography.

What We Love

After learning that pampas grass is bad for the environment, the team decided to go with alternative choices. They packed the shoot with other forms of grass that still had that boho feel while keeping the environment protected. The florist even made sure to choose plants that are native to Michigan!
