Barnyard Bliss

A luxurious look in the natural, out-doorsy setting of Mustard Seed Gardens in Noblesville is the goal of this style shoot put together by our local vendor team. The sky is the limit when it comes to designing each element of this dream wedding. 

A COUNTRY BEAUTY

Model Megan Skipper is stunning in a romantic, flowing gown by Bella Bridesmaid. The subtle, colored sash complements and completes the soft look so perfect against the gorgeous, lush bouquet. La Dolce Salon and Spa provided a natural yet fresh makeup application and hair that appears to be blowing in a soft breeze by using an effortless, sideswiped style.

DOWN-HOME DECOR

A bouquet of hypercum berries, rice flowers, spray roses and mini myrtle gives an easy, just-cut feel to the arrangements.

The head table, placed against the barn wall, incorporates antique vessels made of wood and glass. Milk glass goblets add a feminine touch to the rustic ambiance. Design Group placed complementary florals, such as baby’s breath, from the ladder suspended above.

A burlap runner is placed over a sleek white linen cloth on the table. The burlap adds a natural contrast to the luxury linens. Accents of white hydrangea are reflected in the candlelight. Each place setting includes a green apple for color and more barnyard flare. Mixed seating provides depth to the design.

THE OLDE BARN

The Olde Barn, one of three original buildings on the Metsker Plantation property (the home of Mustard Seed Gardens), has been completely renovated to its original state and is the site for weddings and other celebrations.

DEVINE DESSERTS

A blush-toned, rosette-detailed Cake Zen cake is displayed atop old wine barrels. The use of ornate stands paired with the modern dessert creates a rustic, elegant arrangement. Sweets of petite carrot cakes, sandwich cookies and berry shortcakes add the yum factor!

WARM WISHES

Mugs of all colors, shapes and sizes were used as guest favors. Each mug contained a bag of tea for guests to enjoy. A special sign placed on the favor table read “Thanks for Coming! Please Take a Mug.” This special favor helped guests keep warm well into the night and throughout the barn celebration.
