Don't get me wrong—I am the queen of the do-it-yourself trend. And at WeddingDay, we are huge proponents of the D.I.Y. movement and we especially love seeing brides who impressively collaborate with family, bridesmaids and friends to take on one wedding project after another.
Brunch is always a good idea. And brunch weddings are even a better idea. I've never seen an unhappy person at brunch. Who isn't willing to embrace the concept of the late-morning feast that offers delectable options like pancakes, eggs benedict, doughnuts and bacon?
Wherever you are at in your wedding planning journey, I hope someone has expressed the absolute necessity to host some form of an open bar at your wedding. If not, repeat after me, "I need to provide my guests with free drinks." Say it. And say it often.
